Work on the Sentinel Oak is progressing nicely. The third video shows some of the wood being milled. The wood slabs look tremendous. White oak is a tightly grained wood and releases moisture very slowly. So, once the slabs are cut they must be air dried for at least 12 months. Next, they will be kiln dried for at least one month. Finally, they will be ready to be turned into finished products. The first of the slabs will be ready for the manufacturing process by the fall of 2022.
